I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, as the prices were affordable without compromising on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with basic amenities like tea making facilities and some rooms even had balconies. Lastly, the location, though not in the "old" center of the city, was still convenient and allowed for exploration of the charming suburb.
There was very little to fault about this hotel. Everything was more than satisfactory.

Spacious room, spacious shower, room to use desk without moving luggage out of the way, comfortable bed.
Price of breakfast was high for a simple buffet.

1. Lovely welcome and assistance from reception/ breakfast staff. 2. Location was perfect for us - returning hired car to Onet le Chateau and then travelling by taxi to airport. 3. had booked family Room for four people which turned out to be two very large interconnecting bedrooms with TVs in both rooms, armchairs and a little balcony!
Although I gave this hotel 'excellent' for cleanliness, when we opened our bedroom window we found two used 'ear buds/ear cleaners' left in the window frame, complete with ear wax!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms equipped with tea making facilities. The disabled facilities adjacent to the car park were an added bonus. Secondly, the staff were outstanding, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to assist guests. Finally, the breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide selection of traditional products included. One specific detail that stood out was the delicious freshly cooked food, just like in the previous reviews.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

We liked the separate bedrooms for the children and the balcony. When asked for an iron, the iron come in less than 5 minutes to our room, shame there was no board with it!
It was very stuffy and hot. There was only one toilet for 4 people in 2 rooms. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv were a bit dated. The reception desk is not manned during the day and when you need something you need to call a telephone which is answered very cordially but informed they will be back in 10 minutes.

Great for a City Trip!
The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to key attractions and easy access to public transport. The staff was helpful and kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a city trip. The wifi was reliable and fast. It's also great to have a 24-hour front desk to help with any questions or concerns.
The breakfast options were quite basic, and we had to pay extra for some items that we thought would be included. Additionally, the breakfast area was quite small and cramped, and it was challenging to find a table during peak hours. Still, the overall experience was great, and we would stay at this hotel again for our next city trip.

Great location near cafes and historical attractions. The hotel staff is friendly and helped me with local transportation. Adequate breakfast options and clean rooms with comfortable beds.
The hotel is old and needs a major renovation. The mismatched furniture and outdated decor make the room feel drab.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The private parking was a huge plus, despite it being small, and we found it easy to explore this lovely city from this location close to the Notre dame cathedral, main shops, and restaurants. The room and bathroom were super clean and had all of the basic facilities we needed, including TV, free WIFI, and tea making facilities. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, as well as providing excellent recommendations for places to eat and even helping us order a pizza which was delivered right to this hotel.
None.

Located within walking distance of major shops and attractions like the Notre Dame Cathedral, this quaint inn offers compact but clean and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi and tea-making facilities, as well as good breakfast options. the younger waitstaff provide friendly service and the bar meals are enjoyable.
The hotel needs some refurbishment to retain its charm and character, and the heating system sometimes falls short.
